Advice and prices
Start your contract at the beginning of the month.
The majority of insurance companies organize their contracts according to the calendar. They are little interested in whether your contract starts on the 29th of the month or in the first couple of days. They will charge you for the entire month even if you start on the last day.
For example, if you begin your contract the 30th of January, they are not going to charge you 11 months and one day, but 10 full months. Therefore, what you should do is start your contract in the beginning of the month so that you are not overcharged.
Pay your insurance annually, not monthly.
There are companies that allow you to pay your bill monthly instead of once a year. You may think this monthly method is better because your wallet likes the smaller payments better. But don't be deceived. Keep count. Normally, companies offering this service also apply fees for monthly billing (sometimes without even making the client aware).
Don't be deceived by deceptive publicity, compare
Many times companies make very aggressive publicity campaigns that do not entirely match reality, or they do, but through the fine print which is almost impossible to read.
Therefore, we advise you to compare between companies, not only in relation to price, but also to the conditions and benefits of the policies. Only through comparing will you be sure that you have gotten the best policy for you.
Search for the best for you
Let us explain. Many times we will sign up for an insurance that is recommended to us by neighbors or friends, etc. That is fine, but it has its limitations. Because every person is a world of their own, they have their own characteristics and, above all, their own needs.
So, look for the insurance that perfectly fits your circumstances. Really think about what you want and are looking for in your insurance coverage. Only then will you be able to find the insurance to fit you.
Better in your father's name
Advice for the younger crowd. Insurance in the name of a person with a lot of experience as a driver, as well as with the insurance company, is much more beneficial.
Younger drivers have a higher fatality rate, therefore insurance for them is sky high.
