Scooter bikes

Scooters are very much in style in big cities because of their handling, their comfort and their function.   But there are three huge differences between scooters and highway bikes:

1. The first is the diameter of the wheels; those of a scooter are much smaller.
   
   
2. Another is the position of the driver, because, on the scooter, the driver’s legs are in front of him.
   
   
3. The third and last difference is the gear shift, since the scooter is automatic.

Some scooters are bigger; they are called "Maxi-Scooters," and they have an engine with greater displacement than the normal ones.  They are closer to a normal motorcycle.
