Sport bikes
Sport bikes are models of motorcycles derived from the big bikes used in speed competitions for grand prizes. They are smaller and lighter than highway bikes as they are capable of accelerating much more quickly and are capable of reaching greater velocity.
In this type of motorcycle, the most important element is sporty performance. Many times, tourist qualities are sacrificed. That means they are somewhat less manageable than highway bikes on lower speed roads. They also sacrifice comfort (they are less comfortable) in the search for better aerodynamics.
These bikes, as you can imagine, are very fast; they are missiles. Therefore, some countries set laws to limit their power.
Among sporty bikes, there also exist subcategories, other subdivisions, depending on the bike's cylinder. So you can see bikes in the Super-Sport, Hyper-Sport, or even Superbike classes. a
